SAME SAME PROJECT
The SAME SAME project is a European Project of the Erasmus+ Programme. This project has a consortium of 7 organisations from 6 different countries (Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain and Latvia), being the GCP the coordinator.
The aim of the project is to develop and test the effectiveness of an e-Mentoring Empowerment and Empowerment program that gives 50 adults with mild IDD (18-64 years old) the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead their peers with or without IDD in games and activities designed to improve functional fitness. The objectives of the project are to Develop independent living and strengthen community-based services; Develop new skills for new jobs; Promote inclusive and accessible education; Increase recognition of the work done by people with IDD; Improve the availability of high quality learning opportunities for adults with IDD.
